Express Post delivery within Australia is a flat rate of $14

International

babylikestopony ship worldwide. We charge a flat rate per order for delivery as follows -

New Zealand $18
Asia Pacific $24
USA/Canada/Middle East $26
Rest of the world $28 

This covers almost all orders, but if your order is particularly heavy there may be a small surcharge, babylikestopony will contact you within one business day of you placing your order if this is the case.

Timing

Orders are shipped Mon – Fri
Orders received before midday AEST will be shipped the same day
Orders received after midday will be shipped the same or next working day
Express Post delivers overnight to 80% of Australian addresses

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your babylikestopony purchases. If for any reason you’re not totally satisfied you’re welcome to return or exchange, provided –

• Lingerie has only been tried on over your own underwear
• Items are in new unused condition with original packaging and tags still intact
• You must notify babylikestopony of your intent to exchange or return within 14 days
• Returns must be received by babylikestopony within 21 days of their original delivery date

Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days and babylikestopony will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refunds will be processed by babylikestopony within a week of receiving the item. Refunds will be made by the original payment method for the cost of the items. Postage is not refundable.

babylikestopony cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit so we recommend sending your items with a registered / traceable and/or insured service.

babylikestopony have the right to refuse returns that are used or unfit for sale.

Payment

Currently babylikestopony.com accepts credit card and account payments through PayPal as well as bank deposits. Direct credit card payment facilities will be available in the future.

PayPal express checkout

PayPal payments clear instantly. Goods will be shipped to the address registered with PayPal so please make sure your details are correct with PayPal.

Bank Deposit

Please note: bank transfers must be made as instructed at the time the order is placed. Payments from within Australia usually take 2 - 3 days to reach our account. The order will not be processed until the funds have cleared in our account. If the funds have not been received within 4 days the order will be cancelled.
